• Commercial: Involvement in parcel strategy, marketing, or business-to-business (B2B) sales to enhance competitiveness against rivals like DPD and Amazon.
• Corporate Functions: Strategic placements at the London HQ in departments such as Strategy, HR, or Finance to analyze high-level business decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Academic Standards: A 2:1 degree in any subject is required, supported by 3 A-Levels at Grade B or above (or equivalent).
• Leadership Experience: Essential evidence of prior leadership, such as captaining sports teams, leading university societies, or coordinating significant volunteer projects.
• Discovery Mindset: Resilience and the ability to adapt to diverse business environments are core requirements.
• Professional Development: Enrolled in the Royal Mail Academy with access to a senior mentor, a graduate buddy, and CMI certifications.
