1. Civil Service Fast Stream
The premier graduate path involving rotations every 6–12 months across three clusters:
• Leadership & Generalist: Policy, Ops Delivery, HR, and Commercial.
• Analytical: Economics, Statistics, Social & Operational Research.
• Technical Specialist: Digital, Cyber Security, Finance, and Science/Engineering.
Trajectory: Starts at £32,000 (HEO), rising to £57,000–£63,000 (G7) upon completion.
2. Houses of Parliament Graduate Development Programme (GDP)
Employed directly by the House of Commons (not the Civil Service) as Clerks or Analysts.
The Role: Supporting Select Committees, managing legislation, and advising MPs/Peers.
Salary (2026): Starts at £32,000.
3. Cabinet Office Apprenticeships
• Digital Empowerment Trainer (L4): Implementation of AI and automation. High-demand technical spots offer up to £58,000.
• Business Administrator (L3): Focusing on Whitehall mechanics and project management. Starts at £24,500.

Requirements & Training
